Who We Are
FEELTECK started in 2016 with a simple idea: build counting machines that actually hold up under heavy daily use, sell them at factory-direct prices, and stand behind them with real support. Not exactly revolutionary — but in an industry full of trading companies reselling generic hardware with zero after-sales care, it turned out to be a winning formula.
Today we operate our own manufacturing facility in Wenzhou Pingyang, Zhejiang Province. R&D, PCB assembly, sensor calibration, final QC, packaging — it all happens under one roof. We hold multiple patents, including a proprietary negative-ion currency authentication system, and our engineering team is constantly refining detection algorithms and transport mechanisms. We don't just assemble parts from a catalog — we design the stuff.
Our machines have found their way into bank vaults in Nigeria, supermarket cash offices in Brazil, casino counting rooms in Macau, and retail counters in Germany. Over 160 countries and regions and counting. We do international trade shows (Dubai, Canton Fair, you name it), we fly out for on-site client support, and our sales engineers are on WhatsApp answering technical questions at odd hours because that's just how it works when your customers span twelve time zones.
Every machine that leaves our floor carries CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications. From a $32 entry-level counter for a corner shop to a $2,500 multi-currency sorter for a central bank — same quality standards, same attention to detail. We're not the biggest manufacturer in this space, and we're fine with that. We'd rather be the one that answers the phone.
